Job-tracking, issue-tracking, what's the difference?
The job tracker is more service oriented, while the issue tracker is more product oriented. If you're tracking service calls or helpdesk issues, you definitely want the job tracker. On the other hand, if you're tracking software bugs, or other product development, you need the issue tracker.

We have a variety of other products that aren't available for automated download. If you need class scheduling, one-on-one appointment scheduling, or some kind of production management, please contact us.

Willow Job Tracker 3.0.2 released!

Willow Job Tracker 3.0.2 has been released! You can buy it here. Check out the demo here. You can login as user admin, with password admin. Version 3.0.2 comes with an pricing and invoicing enhancements, a great template manager so you can rearrange job-related pages to your liking, automated email reports and a cron API for sending the reports, and other niceties.
