Job Tracker Pro is a generalized, highly-customizable tracking system designed to help you manage any type of job from creation to completion. Users can follow a job's progress at any point, add comments, attach files, search and sort, and much more.
Job Tracker Pro also features powerful reporting capabilities. In your report, you can include or exclude jobs based on any values associated with the job, including arbitrary text. Reports can be exported in formats compatible with Microsoft Access or Excel, so you can analyze your jobs offline.
Job Tracker Pro maintains a complete audit trail of activity for all jobs, which helps to eliminate misunderstandings about how a particular job was handled. Any and all changes to jobs are logged in the job's followup comments, which cannot be modified.
As with other Willow products, Job Tracker Pro's strengths are easy installation, simplicity in design and ease of use. With the web-based installer, you can be up and running within minutes.
There is a free version. Obviously, it is not as nice as the Pro version, but it works just fine. You can always upgrade to the pro version.
Job Tracker Pro includes a number of nice enhancements over the free version, including such niceties as bookmarks and watches, as well as more powerful features such as emailed reports.
With Job Tracker Pro, you can run anything from a helpdesk to a print shop. You can allow clients to submit jobs, or not. You can add custom fields to jobs, and control who can edit them, or even see them.

This latest release of Job Tracker Pro includes a variety of new features:

Custom fields have been expanded to include price lists. You can create dropdowns and multiply-selectable price lists.

Time and expense recording has been enhanced so that an hourly rate can be entered when time is recorded on a job.

There is now an invoice screen that will total up all "costed" parts of a job, including price list custom fields, time recorded, expenses recorded, and currency custom fields. The screen shows you the job title, the customer information, and the list of billable information, along with a total.

A "recent activity" screen has been added so that you can see recent comments on all jobs,
and thus stay informed as to what is going on.

The user interface has been completely rewritten to use modern CSS and HTML. The entire interface is
completely style-driven and can therefore be customized for your own look-and-feel.

Email reports can now be assigned to users by the admin.

The entire navigation is now customizable per-user.
