Issue Tracker Pro is a tried-and-true task and issue-tracking application. Although designed primarily with software development in mind, you can use it to track any type of task. It comes with an integrated FAQ system so your developers can share their product knowledge with one another.

Issue Tracker also allows you to create custom fields having a variety of data types. You can create date fields, numeric fields, or even drop-down lists. So if the out-of-the-box installation doesn't quite meet your needs, you can change it.

With the latest version, we have added bookmark and watch features. Bookmarking allows you quicker access to important tasks, and the watch feature allows you to keep informed about tasks of particular importance to you.

As with our Job Tracking application, Issue Tracker features powerful reporting capabilities. In your report, you can include or exclude tasks or faqs based on any values associated with them, including arbitrary text. Reports can be exported in formats compatible with Microsoft Access or Excel, so you can analyze your data offline.

Issue Tracker Pro maintains a complete audit trail of activity for all tasks, which helps to eliminate misunderstandings about how a particular task was handled. Any and all changes to tasks are logged in the task's followup comments, which cannot be modified from the web interface.

As with other Willow products, Issue Tracker Pro's strengths are easy installation, simplicity in design and ease of use. With the web-based installer, you can be up and running within minutes.
