I finally came across [Willow Job Tracker] and boy was I happy. FYI, I installed on Windows 2000, running a fully patched IIS 5.0, and with all the latest PHP, Smarty, MySQL, Perl etc...and it runs beautifully. Your webpage indicated you had not fully tested the Windows side so I thought I would at least give you some insight. I even get better then expected performance running on a 350MHz with 64MB RAM. Screen to screen, it is less then 2 seconds. If you know anything about Windows 2000 Server, you will know that even the OS has trouble with those resources.

I just downloaded Willow and I think it is just lovely. I've been looking for some kind of MVC best practice for PHP, and your architecture is the best I've seen.

I've checked out the PHP framework Phrame. It is lame, a bunch of academics porting over Struts verbatim into PHP. Struts is great for JSP, but as a PHP application is is a bit of a muddle.

Your engine really shines. If you were to set up a sourceforge project to develop your framework I would be your first volunteer developer....
